Refocus through intentional introspection.

A-GAP experiences create space for you to escape the noise and distraction that technology brings in order to intentionally focus on what you value. In picturesque locations, we guide and facilitate self-discovery in a technology-free environment. Away from the chaos, we encourage participants to align how they spend their time online with what is important to them. Since we know, how we spend our time will determine who we become. We equip those who join us with the tools necessary to master technology instead of letting it master us.

Enjoy a balance of solitude and community, active time outdoors and reflective times of creativity at our weekend-long A-GAP Experience. Come as you are, but leave empowered to make a difference.

Ichetucknee Springs.

**Due to COVID-19 this event has been postponed, but we will notify you as soon as it is rescheduled.**

It’s time to go off-grid again in Florida! We are excited to announce our first camping trip of 2020, where we will camp at a beautiful campground near Ichetucknee Springs under the stars in the great outdoors.

We will spend Saturday river tubing down the Itchetucknee Springs then eat lunch, only to return for swimming at the head of the springs. If you have had your fill of water for the day you can bring a book and a hammock and take advantage of resting while being surrounded by nature.

Lastly, if you are concerned about not having tents, tubes or even knowing where to start when camping don’t be. A-GAP has partnered with an experienced guide who has led trips like this for over two decades and will provide all the supplies and food needed.

We look forward to going off-grid with you disconnecting from technology to reconnect with nature, others and ourselves.
